Q: What are the festival dates and location?
A: The festival will be held August 7-10, 2025, at 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558.
Q: Is Greeks and Grapes a cashless festival?
A: No, both cash and cards will be accepted throughout the festival.
Q: Is there an age restriction to attend the festival?
A: Yes, all attendees must be 18 or older to attend, and 21 or older to consume alcohol.
Q: Is re-entry allowed?
A: Yes, re-entry is permitted with a valid multi-day festival pass and wristband within the clean zone of festival grounds. If you leave the festival clean zone you will need to go through security checkpoints. Re-entry policies will vary based on pass type.

Q: Is the event rain or shine?
A: Yes, the festival will continue rain or shine.
Q: Will there be seating available? Can I bring my own chair?
A: There will be seating available onsite for Reserve All Access, Premier All Access and Drip+, but outside chairs are not permitted. Vines & Vibes is a GA standing room only ticket Seating is available onsite for Reserve All Access, Premier All Access, and Drip+ ticket holders. Outside chairs are not permitted. Vines & Vibes tickets are standing room only.
Q: Will there be merchandise for sale?
A: Yes, official Greeks & Grapes merchandise will be available for purchase.

Q: What airport should I fly into?
A: San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the recommended airport.
Q: What items can I bring with me?
A: Small bags, non-professional cameras, empty reusable water bottles, and sunscreen.

A: Weapons, outside alcohol, drones, fireworks, glass containers, and large umbrellas.

A: Pets are not permitted at the festival, except for service animals. Please plan accordingly.

A: Yes, lost and found will be available at the Info Booth. If you lose an item, visit there or contact staff for assistance.

PASSES
Q: I haven’t received my passes yet. What should I do?
A: Digital passes will be emailed closer to the event. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you have issues, contact info@greeksandgrapes.com
Q: Will there be refunds available?
A: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Q: Are payment plans available?
A: No.
Q: What should I do if I lose my wristband?
A: Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. Visit the info booth immediately for assistance. Reissuing passes will vary.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: Ticket transfers are generally not permitted unless explicitly allowed at purchase. Please check your ticketing provider’s policy.

Q: What ADA accommodations will be provided?
A: We will offer ADA entrances, accessible restrooms, designated viewing areas, and onsite assistance.

A: We encourage responsible drinking. Consider using rideshare services or designating a sober driver.
